    Hi All,


    I was thinking about the XDS 9mm (the 1st Gen), and see its being discontinued. Anyone have this? Any reason I shouldn’t get it because of it being discontinued or another other reason ?

    It's not a bad gun and if you can get a deal go for it. Know that there are better options available now (read more capacity in a similar sized package).

    Have a 1st gen 45 and like it, but sits in the safe, a P365 is my EDC. Comparing to the 9mm XDS, the P365 and even the Hellcat are smaller, and better in just about every way.

    Mine has been very reliable. I’m a Glock guy, but I picked it up a few years back. I carry it a lot when I’m not carrying my 26. It shoots well and has good OEM sights. It’s a little heavy but that helps it mitigate some recoil. Solid gun especially if the price is right.
