My concerns are if they ask the child and answers don't match. Also another searchable digital place where it's recorded you are a gun owner, especially concerning follow up questions about types, etc.
I get that there is a small percentage of people that might not be securing firearms from children, and those few might benefit from that conversation. But as already addressed, if not asking about all inherently dangerous hazards in the home, seems like these questions are motivated by politics, fear or ignorance.
Q: "Gun in home?" = any gun hazards?
A: "No." = I protect my children from hazards, next question.

Still laughing at the analX comment, too funny.
