Does anyone have a link to a pdf or text file from the Warren v. District of Columbia, 444 A.2d 1 (D.C. Dec. 21, 1981) decision, or any of the briefs?

    thanks in advance!

Which one is that? Is that the one saying the police are not responsible for our safety?

Yeah, that's the one. I thing it was decided December 1981.

    Work your magic, Novus!
No go, I have tried before, but because it was just a DC court decision, there is no easy to find copy of the decision on the web.
There is plenty of reference to the events and a relevant sentence or two from the opinion, but that is all.

He said most local courthouses have public access to the Atlantic Reporter. You might be able to find it on Lexis too if you have access to that, or if someone can search it for you. I wonder how much Lexis costs? No prices on their website.
