    The easiest reason. More cameras. Moco embraces them like few others.

    Just speed and red light cameras every 50 yards.

    Looking at the bills (search for the MoCo Delegation on the MGALEG website) - it appears they are trying to take the cops out of the loop in the automated revenue generators - no MCPD oversight prior to the automated issuance of a ticket from Red Light and Speed Camera systems.

    Because only LEOs could be racist? I cannot count the number of times I have been called "cracka" and told to get out of neighborhoods in bloodymore.
