I don't know anybody that's watching this crap anyway. Seriously stilted writing.

But if Liberty Doll wants to do a movie or two, I might be interested.

I thought you meant the porn she did.

Ha! Imagine if porn flicks shot here in the People's Republic were subject to the same infringements as the 2A.

Before you can do a porn flick you must get your PQL. Four hours training plus you must shoot one load.
Want to do more than one porn shoot a month you must apply for and receive your "Designated Collector" letter.
Have a background STD test performed before acquiring a PQL.
Before the fluffer goes to work get another STD test.
    Wait 7 days.
The Johnson used in the shoot must be on the approved Johnson roster.
FPLs (Federal Porn Licensees) or private citizens may submit a Johnson to the roster board for inclusion on the roster.
Said Johnson may not hold more than 10 loads + 1 in the pipe.
If it's an assault Johnson it may not have more than two evil features. Folding stock (WTF?) Flash suppressor (wrap that rascal) or grenade launcher. :lol2:
Copycat assault Johnsons are banned. (Ron Jeremy would have had to prove MD residence before 10/1/2013)
Short barrelled assault Johnsons are banned.
All regulated "Long Johnsons" must be 29" and have a Heavy Barrel.
Amateur porn shoots must take place either at a local FPL or State Police Barracks.

But the Porn Show loophole is in full effect.....

That chick looks like Kate Spade.

Didn't Kate Spade recently off herself?

    Umm...

She needs to take her own advice and do some research... the empties falling on the ground were blanks. Yes, the director was lazy, and it was trite, but get your complaints right, lady!!

Some people just don't know what blanks look like.

I was watching the Brad Pitt movie "Killing Them Softly" the other day and they zoom in on his handgun when he's killing Ray Liotta and you can clearly see the crimped blanks ejecting.

I confess I watched part of the first season. I've always been a Superman fan and wanted to give it a shot...and the eye candy. Melissa Benoist (Supergirl/Kara) is quite easy on the eyes.

She, through her sister who works for a secret gov agency chartered to round up...heh..."convicted illegal aliens" whose ship crashed on Earth, have mostly an alien of the week plot with some arching plots. It got a little old after a while, but it was always super PC.

I bailed by the mid-season break in season 1. I saw on an HDTV forum the recent anti-gun plot with some clips of the episode. Pretty pathetic.

I don't know how it made 3 seasons.

BTW - if you are a tv fanatic, check out http://www.avsforum.com/forum/. My favorite forum there is http://www.avsforum.com/forum/34-hdtv-programming/

There are folks in the industry including a fellow or 2 who do special effects for some well-known shows and even Mark Cuban used to post there when he owned HDNet.

Here's a good post from AVS:

I permanently gave up on this show after the episode where they seriously tried to suggest that federal law enforcement agents responsible for fighting unknown baddies from outer space that can fire laser beams out of their eyes should stop using guns because guns are bad. Talk about strong arming a hot current topic into a silly superhero TV show just to push some idealogical political agenda.

Not too mention the nonsensical way they have ignored the existence of Superman while the world is being literally burnt and torn apart........simply because we can't have Kara needing help from a man. Pretty sure he would have liked to visit his Aunt and other Kryptonians.

My 11 year old son and I watch the superhero/comic book TV shows together. I watched this episode and immediately banned Supergirl from our watch list because of the ridiculous anti-gun plot line. It was truly disgusting to watch that trash being crammed into what is supposed to be "family friendly" TV programming.

Wouldn't the existence of being able to outperform normal humans be an argument for either private citizens being able to own firearms or for registration and control of aliens, mutants and others that have superhuman powers? Additionally if gun control is on the table I sure as hell hope that the Green Lantern's ring is on the table as well. That is a lot deadlier than a AR15. What about the Green Arrow open carrying bow that can fire just as much as a assault rifle?

What about super girl herself. It does not seem like a person should be allowed to walk around with superpowers without the government knowing about it.
