I cannot speak to those specific bullets, but I have used Armscore 110 gr., 30 caliber for loading 7.62x25mm with good results.

The jackets are not copper on the ones I have, and are almost the same color as the brass. They shoot well in my M-57 and accuracy is as good as any factory ammo I have used.

For the money, can't go wrong, IMO. Great for training and target shooting.

As for Speer, their ammunition performs very well in my 9mm tools. Never used their projectiles for loading.
