    I've been eyeing a Beretta M9A3 recently. It seems to me that it is perfectly legal, yet I found a few sellers won't ship to MD. It's on the roster, and with 10rd mags I don't see where the problem is...am I missing something? Thank you in advance for enlightening me...:toothless

    Not sure where you are, but check with Tyler Firearms... I know they had one in the case last week...

    I can't see why it would be an issue. I bought one in June for $699. Got it from Molly's Place in Kennedyville. On their website it says they still have them in store.

    I was going to reply there should not be a problem buying an M9A3, and relate my recent purchase of one......

    Then I remembered that I had moved to PA 6 months ago and bought it here.....:lol2:
