    Its a SBR as shown. Not really legal in MD anymore unless you can get to 29" OAL (and the obvious $200 tax stamp.) There are 16" 'rifle' barrels and such for glocks/others so that they are not SBRs too. Those will almost assuredly get you over the 29" limit too.

    Nope.

    But, personal opinion: you may as well buy a real PCC and save yourself a bunch of money.
