I used Hess's Barbecue Catering in Willow Street, PA. Don't know where you are located but it was a bit of a drive for me even being in HarCo. IIRC it was about $200 to have it processed but you choose exactly what you want it processed in to (sticks, bologna, etc). It has to be skinned and beheaded before being brought to them.

I use to live in Catonsville and used Austin's. Also there is Hitchcock too who is really good. Can't go wrong with either one and I want to say the $$ is pretty much the same.

google is your friend, I am not.
I did not think Treuths in Oella did deer. I called them once, they are not set up for wild game. If someone has different (confirmed) information, that would be interesting!

Austins is good, I have used them.

They used to many years ago when I lived down there. I didn't know if they did anymore.

It's been 20-25 years since Treuths processed deer. They used to park a reefer truck at Clydes so you could check your deer and leave it in the truck to be processed.

I've used Austin's and Hitchcock's. Both are very good and similarly priced
