I live out of state where there is almost always someone home. I could provide the service for one mag. Heck I can kit them and bring them to Frederick.

Bringing mags in state and giving them to someone else would be a felony. Edit or delete your post asap.

Not in a kit form. It is legal to transfer them broken down as they are mag parts.

Sure did say it, just not perfectly clear. I figured kit them would have been understood. I am all for helping out MDS members, but I won't risk my rights for y'all.
