    Don't know if you guys are aware, but if you own a 2A1* in 7.62 NATO you should double check your mag capacity. I own two, one will take 11 and the other will take 12. Neither of these will be legal to sell or purchase in Maryland after the effective date of SB281 as the mag capacity is over 10. Selling them without the mag will be legal but will likely reduce the price as in some cases the mags are serialed to the rifle. You will likely have to take them out of the state to be legal in the sale.

    Just thought someone should mention this here.

    I thought this only applied to semi-auto weapons, I may be wrong.

    There is nothing in the magazine restrictions that says anything about the type of action of the weapon, only the size of the magazine and it is limited to ten rounds when the bill passes. The major problem with the Lee system here will be it is detachable and that is addressed.

    You are indeed correct, I was getting this crossed up with the AWB mess. The mag restrictions are across the board.
