    I'm trying to find a wooden stock set for my Mossberg 590. I know the 500 stocks will fit but I saw a picture of a 590 with a wooden stock that had the same ribbed forend only a wooden one. Any ideas would be a help.

    If you mean the old wooden forends like below from the Mossberg 500A, you'll have to watch for them as parts on Armslist or eBay. They come up for sale fairly often. I've seen mint sets (forend and buttstock) selling for north of $250.

    Ouch, I got mine from Numrich for $20 and change..., guess they're a shorter length??
