30 years ago I got convicted of DWI while in North Carolina. On the W&C form it asks if you have been arrested, charged, convicted, or served a subpoena in a criminal offense. I am assuming the DWI would be a criminal offense. Is this correct? Thanks!

In Maryland its just a traffic offense, but i agree with the others. Better to put it on there and not get dinged for trying to hide it

Called Utah Licensing with a similar question for a friend regarding an even lesser offense. They said to list it and send in any paperwork on it. My friend did, and got his permit. Utah is pretty strict. 30 years ago, traffic offense; you might want to see if there is any record first before you decide to start explaining that on every form. An attorney could easily have it looked into for you.
