    I have a OBD programming setup and cable as well as wheel locks. The wheel locks are Gorilla PN 73631T and are brand new. We had 2010 Highlander with the alloy wheels. I used the OBD program to disable the seatbelt warning. It gives you access to ever but you can definitely mess things up if you don't know what you're getting into.
