Starting a thread. Shooting a DPMS 308 Oracle. P-308 Nikon
I have 100 rounds shot to date. Seems like Hornady ammo is the worse
for accuracy in this AR.
Federal 308 150 gr soft point makes for tight groups 1 to 1 1/2 moa
Also Hirtenbeger 147 gr 7.62 X 51 shoos the same.
I've use google fu and watched several youtube video on working up different powders and bullets.
For the moment I'll working up this below...

BUT. finding imr 4320 for a deal. @1 lb rrrrright. $37.00
I'm working using Fed LR match primers.
Hornady 150 gr FMJ/ BT #3037 match bullets
use of reloaded spent brass so far is Hornady brass. Have a few FC brass
and bought a 100 LC brass online for later.
Edit. Next upgrade is replace the 7lb stock trigger. Velocity Trigger for AR-10 with 3 lb pull
