In addition to MDS I used to frequent m14forum but since I haven't been on in a long time I forgot my password...so just lurked for a few minutes. Anyway I caught a thread title that interested me called m14 PSL stock. The guy got one and the stock looked badass. The company is called Three Rivers Wood Stocks. Kind of want one for a SOCOM16 but we'll see. Should have titled the thread M1A Dragunov stock that's what the stock is under on the website.

FWIW, there is a real M14E2 stock w/ a pistol grip and a higher comb. Similar function but w/o the hollowed out part. I think I like the look of the E2 stock better just as its more authentic.

I was looking at the E2 stocks when I got my M1A, wouldn't mind one and I do like the look. I carried a scoped M14 in the Marines that was in a bedded camo fiberglass stock. I'd like to have a couple different stocks for my rifle so it could wear different ones from time to time. Right now I have the socom 16 in a mottled birch stock...had to ditch the goofy black plastic stock that came on it.

I still have a bunch of USGI M14 stocks. Many of them need minor repairs but I have about 30 or so that are solid with no cracks or repairs. I only have a few left that have great figuring in the grain.

The M14E2 are nice but they can be pricey especially with a USGI Bi-Pod.

Here is one that I refinished

Thank you sir. I got an offer on that one I couldn’t refuse but I wish I didn’t sell it.

It’s sitting in the one in the right now
