I think that you are wasting your time. I understand your "angle", but I don't see a compelling argument there. I was also "breached" by OPM's incompetence, but have seen no one who actually suffered financial harm, let alone physical.
My permit was cancelled when it came up for renewal. MSP told me, "We don't have to give you a reason. If you don't like it, take us to court."
The state has unlimited resources for personnel & lawyers. We, on the other hand, have to waste our personal time & money trying to regain lost rights. Even if 1 or 2 of us actually wins a court battle, the court decisions apply only to those specific cases.
Our only hope is that some day folks realize the truth about Busch, Miller, & Frosh at election time.
