Didn't see this anywhere else so forgive me if this is duplicated.

I don't quite understand the outcome of this. The article says the judges gave their opinion but we're still waiting on a ruling? Could someone please interpret for us dumb folks?

    The ruling:

A gun rights group has sued the Justice Department to overturn this [out of state buying] prohibition, which became law as part of the Gun Control Act of 1968, and the case is now in front of U.S. District Judge James Robertson in Washington, D.C.

    Thanks, that helped.

Funny how NPR didn't pick up on this one

My favorite line in the businesswire link:
"SAF and the American Civil Liberties Union filed the only amicus curiae brief in this case, supporting Ord, and the court relied on that brief to help form its opinion. "

As much fun as it is to dog the ACLU, they're sometimes on the right side of issues, pun intended. SAF and ACLU as bed-fellows, who-da thunk it?

NPR may surprise you regarding 2A issues in Constitutional context...

"If they keep this up DC will be a decent place to live. If you dont mind scumbag politicians."

I still think we need to see "Maryland - Cradle of Graft" on our license plates. No shortage of dirtbags in any lineup of politicians.
