What a Mess!!!

Doing a detailed cleaning of a 1982 P6. I figure it's probably never been done before as there was LOTS of old gunk in there. Now I just need to figure out how it all goes back together.........

I know that the slide goes on the top and the grips go on the side... the rest of it just sort of rolls around in the middle.

Good luck.... at least it is a clean bag of parts :-)

That is the true mark of a master mechanic.

Having parts left over for the next build.

PS: The recoil spring goes on the recoil spring guide rod. Leaving the spring out entirely will convert the pistol from semi automatic to fully automatic...

I had a similar problem with a CZ-82, 30 mins to brake down 5 hours to reassemble, thanks to a guy down in Norfolk VA SailorCurt I learned my lesson the hard way. Get complete disassemble, reassemble directions, pictures, video etc and review before taking it a part.

I have a big hammer and a 20 ton press if you need help making the parts fit. I've got welding equipment also!

That's about as far as I'd get in the re-assembly of it.
