Sadly, I am posting this, knowing that the Governor of Virginia has declared a State of Emergency in our state.
I want you to be aware of how we are being set up.
Does the Patriot Act ring a bell?
Does the National Defense Authorization Act ring a bell?
If people show up wearing any kind of uniform, patch or other symbol on their clothing signifying they belong to a militia and something goes wrong, you could/will be held as a domestic terrorist.
If anyone steps out of line, all it takes is one person, it may even be a government plant....if that plant does anything to disrupt the rally, you could/will be arrested as a domestic terrorist.
The Governor, using the media has already set the stage for this to happen.
He has already laid the groundwork to make the entire movement look like insurrection.
It will be used to put the rest of the nation on notice of what will happen to you, if you resist.
They have used the Southern Poverty Law Center over the last 15 years to lay the groundwork.
They have labeled us as potential domestic terrorist for a long time now.
Anyone who has ever related to the 3%er's, a militia, or just belonged to any Patriot group...the groundwork has been laid to brand you as a domestic terrorist.
They have gone out of their way since the Obama years to insure they had us labeled, but it didn't start with Obama. It started with the Patriot Act under the Bush administration.
We are being played by a well oiled machine, these things have been in the works for many years.
They are kicking things into high gear. Military veterans were/are even listed as potential domestic terrorist.
We were told not once, but several times by the current President, “It's Not Me they are after, It's You, The American People.“
Their actions over the last three years have shown you he was right, they are coming after us full speed ahead and they aren't even trying to hide it anymore.

The thing about a state's electoral votes having to go to the national popular vote winner is so beyond stupid

Not only does it dismantle the set up that forces presidents to pay attention to the entire nation, it it is also a knee jerk reaction to one election they don't like

And when Trump gets 60% of the popular vote nationally in November all the blue states that swore they would cast electoral votes for the popular vote win we will all suddenly rescind those laws

These laws are meaningless. They have no intention of honoring them if they don't give the result they want

Gov Blackface is trying to consolidate his power base to keep him and the DEMORATS in power by any means necessary. This might be just the spark needed to light the fuse in VA.. and VSP is caught right in the middle placed their by the demoRATS who do not give a hoot at all. They see VSP as an agent of the state to do their bidding as they please whether it be legal or illegal means used. They do not care if any VSP troopers are killed trying to carry out their illegal orders. This is NOT going to end without people laying down their lives for the DemoRATS will and power grab.. The only way VSP can escape the trap they have been placed in its not to obey the illegal orders of gov blackface and the demoRATS...I hope and pray that I am wrong but I do not think so...

All of that crap is insane, but I'm glad VCDL is focused in their own mission statement and not spreading their influence too thin.

The bigger, underlying problem here is that, if passed, these laws will be allowed to stand until challenged in court, which is parallel to being considered guilty until proven innocent

"We're going to inflict upon you whatever we wish, and enjoy the effect whilst you fight for your "rights" in court for years and with your dollars paying for both sides of the argument...".

Hopefully their slamming recall petitions as fast as they did 2A co legislation. Lots of fires to put out, overwhelming, thats the nature of this enemies frontal attack.

This is the Ds' vision for America as they see it - a police state in an eternal state of emergency. FULL government control.

Remedy:

I just read this again. SB399 is essentially the opposite of SJ29. If it passed they'd be ready to repeal SB399 in a heartbeat if needed.
