I have been to it several times. It is a small show but you can find more used stuff there than you can at Maryland shows. I'll be going next Saturday.

Any chance of reloading supplies or C&R guns?

I was last there a few years back and there were both available
+1 on the C&R stuff. There was also reloading components but not in the quantity that places like Harrisburg gets.
Last weekend Cabelas had primers on sale for $24.99 a 1000. They also had 10% off on numerous powders. The sale may still be on.

I had a great day at the show. A guy was selling powder and bullets for a friends family. Powder was $18 a pound and Sierra 55 grain spitzer bullets were $10 a 100. My brother had to come with his truck to take away all my loot. I also found a Millet DMS 1-4x24 IR for, wait for it, $25! The two older guys (about my age) 
got it on estate sale and didn't know anything about it.
There were plenty of reasonably priced non black rifles there as well. One guy had a nice Winchester 9422 Classic and was willing to part with it for $700. I would have bought it if I didn't already have one.
I like going to shows were every day people get to buy tables and sell their stuff.
