Anyone here used this for their NFA items?

Tempted but I'm always skeptical of discounts on legal and medical services..

    I use this trust.

Several form 4s and form 1s later. No problems. It also can be updated in case you decide to use a local attorney in the future.

Ya, I better. I want to build a thing or two.

    SBR + suppressor

I was hoping a fellow MDS'er would offer up a discount in light of the impending changes.

You are emailed a code. Submit code at supplied link.. fill in basic information.. then there are a few pay options.. Rush 24hr (about $20?), shrunken and laminated (about $10) and a fillable, editable word doc ($12).

Now time to go read some more..

SEVERAL threads in the NFA forum.

The problem with a trust is, you do not know how good it is, and whether it even meets the state requirements, until you REALLY need it.

To each his own. Go cheap and hope. Pay more and have more piece of mind.

Realize, BATF does NOT verify that your trust is valid. You could probably send them a form with the first paragraph and the rest random words.
