A waterman told me from Tilghman that all should boycott purchasing licenses in Maryland and cripple the licensing division. Go hunt on PP, and give up fishing, of course the commercial waterman might be stuck but the rest of us could have a huge impact.

Um...I assume by "pp" you mean private property. As I understand the law, and I am not a lawyer, if your name does not appear on the deed of said private property, you still need a license to hunt on that land. Perhaps you mean something else...

I'm doing all my fishing ini va this year. I have a carry permit there.

I do as well, but for as much fishing as I do, it's far too big of a PITA to drive down to VA every single time I want to go out.

Yes PP- Private Property if your correct I will have to look at it again. Wouldn't make much sense to have a license on your own property but then again this is Maryland.

I just can't see many folks boycotting hunting and fishing in their home state. Maybe that's just me, though.
