    Irritates me because I have no desire to own a side charging AR. PSA knows that Marylanders can only have a HBAR on post Oct 2013 lowers so instead of putting out conventional AR upper assemblies with HBARs, they do this crap

    I have heard, but of course don't know, a few if their regular upper assemblies you can contact them and they'll substitute in an HBAR barrel for a small extra cost.

    I have never tried verifying that with them.

    Will psa still sell and ship non-hbar uppers here if you intend to put it on an existing non hbar lower?
