Webster is a professional lying liar. His study on the Missouri permit to purchase was complete cherry picked garbage and he dropped it like a hot potato. His latest compares 5 cherry picked states against 5 other cherry picked states. Since his last epic testimony (Missouri permit to purchase for HQL), homicide in Baltimore is up 35%. We should require a TQL for testimony.
