Does anyone know if a C&R FFL holder can get any sort of exemption to the "Marketplace Facilitator Sales Tax Collection" rules for purchases on sites like Gunbroker if one is buying a C&R firearm?

Not sure but I imagine you couldif you were buying for resale. But since that's not allowed for an 03 license, probably not

Would need to provide a resale sales tax certificate. With a C&R that’ near an admission you are buying and selling which is not the C&R purpose.
