Are you confirming that I prefer a Hooters?
I can confirm that you prefer hooters.

My parents would take us kids to the Peter Pan Inn on weekends back in the 50's and 60's. It seemed like it took forever to get there from Camp Springs, especially on the trips before the beltway was open. I remember the peacocks, and there was always a wait to get a table.
I remember it as Peter Pan Inn
The Peter Pan was an institution when I was growing up outside Frederick in the '60s. It was a big deal to go there.
Peter Pan Inn. That was a special night out 50 years ago.. Corn Fritters and Shirley temples.
Chipotle, hands down. A Chipotle gift card is one of my kids' favorite gifts.I wonder what my kids will remember, chipoltle or qdoba?

Unfortunately, I'm not expecting the historic Rine House to become a historic Hooter's.
Kinda sad to see the changes in the community. It's lost a lot of it's character, IMO. Just becoming another suburban development.
Older brother worked in the kitchen at Peter Pan around 78. I was younger and remember thinking "Why would you name a restaurant THAT?!" We never ate there - too expensive for tenant farmers. Eating out for us was the dinner at the VFD hall up the street.
I also remember when the GMC farm truck wore Knott & Geisbert dealers labels as well as one or two of the tractors......
