Just as an F.Y.I., there is a French Foreign Legion. It was formed in 1831. It is still in existence. They may have an Italian contingent which makes up 3% of the total force.:D

I thought it was only 3% of the Italians who leave Italy to join the French admit to being Italian?

Wheel weight question (I've only used dive weights till now):
Do you folks have an idea on how much time per say lb or 10lb you spend sorting and smelting the lead?

Actually I've never really gave it a thought, but it's not been much.

    That's easy to answer...well, maybe...:innocent0
    1. 97% of the time I'm on the lookout to scrounge wheel weights. 3% of the time I'm successful.
    2. 100% of the time lead wheel weights are mixed with zinc and iron trash.
    3. 100% of the time lead alloy melts before the trash in a Lee production pot.
    4. 100% of the time it takes a good half hour to get the pot hot enough to smelt.
    5. 3% of the time is spent skimming off the trash and another 3% spent fluxing the pot..
    6. Once the pot is clean, 97% of the boolits I cast are usable.
All in all, I can make 500 to 600 boolits in a couple of hours...97% of the time.

    :D
