Have military people carry firearms?! That's crazy talk!

And this was just the other day. Just another case of Dimocrats running their mouths before engaging their walnut sized brains.

Remember when I was in the service many moons ago. Had to keep our personal firearm locked in the company arms room. Real PITA when you wanted to go shoot and had to find the company armorer.

It's just a "common sense" gun law like the Dem POTUS candidates want for all Americans.

The article is three years old - November 2016.

Yep, 3 years old. Maybe more AD members will ask their Senior Commanders about carrying now. Apparently not many have over the last 3 years.

I've heard Dover has firearms check boxes to give those who drive to work while carrying a place to disarm at certain gates.

Good, because you definitely want to make sure your military is less well armed than your civilian populace. It's just common sense.

This is old news as noted by others.

The dingleberry here is the local commander dictated EXACTLY how to implement. PC among senior commanding officers is and will always be rampant. Make no decisions, then you make no wrong decisions. Make no wrong decisions, you’ve got a leg up on promotion. Do ya know what every O-6/Wants to be?? O-7/8/9
