    Hoping my stamp should come in for my M85 SBR within a couple weeks. Trying to figure out my stock options with these stupid Marylandistan rules. I was eyeing the Manticore stock with a Stormwerks hinge, but I think it may come up a bit short. My OAL measurements with the brake removed are 19.25 inches. The Manticore/hinge only comes out to 9 inches. Anyone know of a pad that I can attach to it that would get me to length? I really prefer the triangle look to an Ace tube style stock. Any suggestions?

    I'm in the same boat. The recoil pad seems like a good idea, but does it count as part of the overall length?

    I wouldn't count a velcro-attached recoil pad for OAL. If it were glued or screwed, yes, I would.

    Got my form 1 back last week. I went with the Ace side folder and the 1" pad. I got the longer tube and cut it down to get 29"
