Could soon be a sh*t-storm in NY.

"The New York State Police have launched an investigation into alleged SAFE Act violations and appear to have possession or copies of 4473s showing who purchased firearms. Consider speaking with a lawyer if contacted."

The gun feed was running a post that claimed the buyers aren't being investigated...

All the local info from NY says the buyers aren't being investigated ... but that guns were being seized from them for evidence against the FFL

With as little as antis know about gun hardware, I'm thinking this is a case of the NY AG not knowing the letter of their own law and the related hardware.

If the Maryland State Police can't keep firearm serial numbers straight, why should some gun store be expected to?

That is BS, they have them. One time when i applied for a pistol there was a white paper attached when it came back, th paper was a list of firearms. when i looked at it closer it was a list of the handguns i own.
