Elevated Gaithersburgian shooting at cops

Police were called to an apartment building in Gaithersburg for a parking problem. When they arrived, someone shot at them from an elevated position.

Issues with people in the apartments on Summit between Diamond and Girard? Here's my MS-13 "shocked" face.

Could have been marxist anti-police county executive Mark Elrich. Word through the grapevine is that he was recently seen buying a pistol and rifle here in MoCo.
