    They'll handle the 1:7 twist just fine.

    You shouldn't run into disintegrating rounds unless you start running less than 45gr or so. Even then it's not a guaranteed thing, just a possibility.

    It has a lot to do with how fast you push them as well.

    If it's commercially loaded, even at those light weight's - odds are it's going to do what you ask it to, to a point - accuracy may suffer somewhat. YMMV.

    If it's handloaded, and towards the upper end of the range - could be interesting.
