Whenever I hear "MGA" and "special session". I shudder in fear. I'm afriaid that we may be going from the frying pan into the fire based what I read here regarding the more bat$hit crazy 'rats pushing someone who will put the interest of militant left wing blacks over the people at large....

Del. Moon earlier trolled the Annapolis press waiting outside the Democrat and Republican caucus rooms (see post #8) where they are still meeting privately to decide who they will vote for in the Special Session to select a new Speaker for MD House of Delegates.
He had emerged earlier briefly with a huge smile and arms raised in triumph, and when asked about it, he “answered” in the clip below at about the 00:14 second mark.

Dem Caucus just broke for “15 minute” caucus meeting recess at 12:32 PM.
Senate was in session for a short time, they had Sine Die and done.. Without doing any damage to Maryland . Remarkable.

My prediction: unanimous House (Dems + Repubs) vote for Davis, if Dems don’t pull a some “consensus” rabbit out of their hat.
A split vote by Dems for Davis with some Dems holding out for Maggie gives Repubs some power; a unanimous vote by Dems would devalue the Repub chits they received in exchange for their support for Davis for Speaker.
