So how do we feel about Levi Strauss & Co. I needed a new denim jacket not one of theirs.

Wranglers are less expensive and fit me well. Their parent company plans to get out of denim soon and may sell off wrangler ....

I would buy a vintage one off of ebay. Then you have a nice jacket without funding anti 2A liberal company that now makes its jackets overseas.

Just checked out Texas Jeans website, WOW! I think I'll order a pair and give em a try.

Levi’s have gotten cheaper made...thinner denim...too many damn different cuts. I just get either Lees or Wranglers...boot cut. To get the nicer heavyweight denim you have to get the “premium” jeans. Still have some new Levi’s, unworn, heavy denim, wrong size. My wife bought them for me about 15 years ago. Made in the USA then. My Walmart wranglers are just as good at 1/4 the price!

While Levi is anti-american now-a-days, I admittedly do have a nice corduroy sherpa lined jacket from them. It's one of my favorites in the winter. For jeans I go with wranglers though. Better quality and half the price.
