The Bullpup is really starting to grow on me!! I didn't see we had an official pup porn thread. Hopefully I'll get some good ideas here.

Whats the best conversion kit for the Mini-14/30 or the SKS. I was referred to this website and its looks great for SKS kits

    http://sgworks.com/

For some reason I don't like the3 Muzzlelite stocks??
Please post your BP!!! If you have a conversion i'm really interested what you did.

LMK what you think and thanks in advance...FPS

I havent handled the SG Works SKS stock yet but from what I have seen its the only one worth paying for or using. Once the SG Works stock is released I will have one.

The other SKS Bullpup stocks on the market do not imorove form or function of the SKS carbine.

Unfortunately the Mini 14/30 Bullpup Stocks are not well made or designed either, while they wont decrease reliability they dont have solid sights, and cause an already not so accurate platform perform even worse.

The only other Bullpup Weapons worth a "spurt" are:

    Bushmaster M17
    Steyr AUG or MSAR Clone
FN PS90 (After the barrel is chopped)

The Tavor should be on the market in high numnbers soon so I wouldnt give up on it. Te new Keltec .308 Bullpup shows some nice potential too.

The French FAMAS and the British L85 and L85A2 are very rare in the U.S. and are extremely collectible so I doubt they are options for most.

The FN FS2000 is a huge turd IMO

That sg kit has been in r&d forever lol. The only problem is the optic will mount on the stock not something solid like the receiver. It would be nice if they had a way to make a charging handle that was on the left rather than the stock one.

Agreed, my fox for the charging handle is to add one to the left side, a drill and tap model or weld on one will suffice.

Mini 30, best aftermarkets are the following:

Hogue overmold for a more traditional look. They make it in Black O.D. and Tan.

For a Military look a Tapco T6, they also come in various colors.

Some other makers make some nice looking laminated wood stocks for Minis too, but they are pricey.

Ok the bullpup black powder is cool:thumbsup:
I do like the MSAR STG-E4 alot. The idea of having multiple calibers available in the same platform is appealing to me
