Very nice.
Best looking sock I've seen around here in awhile, The3clipser...
Some very nice rifles above too!
Here are some of our bolt guns:
6.5-300 Weatherby Mag; custom M700, work by Sid Goodling, Hart barrel, HS Varmint stock, Leupold 6.5-20x50 TMR/M1 scope. One of the very few rifles that shoots flat enough to use a 1" tube scope from a 100 yard zero to beyond 1,000 yards.
.22-250 Remington; custom M700, work by P.J.Hart (the elder), Hart barrel, HS Varmint stock, Leupold/Premier custom 6.5-20x40 with fine crosshair and hundred yard dots for my load from 100 to 600 yards.
6.5-284 Norma; custom M700, originally by IBA, re-build by GAP, Bartlein barrel, McMillan A3 stock, NightForce 5.5-22x50 MLR.
.260 Remington; custom M700, work by GAP, Broughton barrel, Manners stock, NightForce 5.5-22x50 MLR.
.308 Winchester; custom M700, my work, ER Shaw barrel, HS Varmint stock, NightForce 5.5-22x50 MLR.
.30-06 Ackley; custom M700, work by Bennett Custom (AL), Shilen barrel, HS sporter stock, Leupold 3.5-10x40 mil dot.
.243 Winchester (Laura's rifle); custom M700, work by GAP, Schneider barrel, HS "LTR" stock, Leupold/Premier 4.5-14x40 Gen II mil dot/M1.
.308 Winchester; more or less stock M700 "LTR", HS "LTR" stock, Leupold/Premier 4.5-14x50 Gen II mil dot/M1.
LOL, seriously...Holy necro-thread revival.
The E.R. Shaw barrel shoots surprisingly well. It is on one of my rental rifles and after 6,000-7,000 rounds it's going strong. With FGMM 168s, it will shoot 3/8" groups at 100 yards, FGMM 175s into about 1/2".how does the ershaw barrel compare to the other barrels you have

Why is your CZ in jail? Cash and carry. You'l love it. What caliber?
I've got a CZ 527 sitting in jail! I can't wait to break it out and throw some rounds down range.
It's on layaway, sadly. It's a 7.62x39, I'll be letting my girlfriend take it hunting as she's a little gun shy even though she handles a 12 gauge like a boss. From everything I've read these things are usually sub moa out of the box with surplus ammo, can't wait to dig into this one.
Ya I have the 5.56 its a really well built/finished gun. Downside is it has the old 1:12 inch which really favors light loads.
Itching to get one in 7.62*39 when I see one cheap enough for me.
The 5.56 carbine has a 1:9 twist.
They introduced the 1:9 in late 2013/2014. Guns, including carbines, before then were 1:12.
Its actually a good argument to buy another one, but would need to make sure it wasn't NOS.
