Where does it say it uses Saiga mags? Saigas are rock N lock, I don't see how they would work in that. It may use VEPR mags which are straight magwell style.

Sorry, that was a mistake that they later clarified on FB. It takes 1919 style mags.

It's both for NFA. I'm saying there's no OAL floor for shotguns in MD law.
