Maryland resident operates a brick and mortar business and has unrestricted carry permit. Resident moves to neighboring state, but continues to operate brick and mortar business in Maryland. Resident must report move, would MSP issue a non-resident permit in that case? His G&S has not changed. Thoughts?

I don't think MD has a separate permit for non-residents. Same permit, but you'd probably need an address change to make it legal.

No difference from Resident or Non-resident , my brother works in our family business in Maryland and is a Delaware resident . A change of address should take care of this issue , A 10.00 charge would more then likely correct the issue call the MSP and verify .
