On Tuesday Kentucky will have a Democrat for governor.

Their Democrats aren't like our Progressive/Socialist/Social Justice Warrior ruling class.

My brother lives there, and he probably has more Democrat friends than Republican friends, and most of them own AR's

WV tends Democrat with regards to fiscal policies, but one would be hard-pressed to take their guns.

I imagine most of Kentucky just might be the same.

Time will take care of that for us. He's not a young man. The question will then be where his money goes and who will take up his misguided cause.

I think that this is partially why we are seeing some of this outrageous stuff. People like him and Soros are coming face to face with the reality that they are not going to live long enough to see their deranged world view come into fruition and they are trying to push things as fast as they can.

Actually when they die the assault in the Second amendment will continue at the same pace.

Bloomberg, and now many others giving millions each year, to anti Second Amendment efforts have found that this activity is an ideal way to march in huge sums into partisan politics either as tax deductible or with givers hidden.

once you understand that, now that gun control is virtually 100% partisan, you understand what bloomberg and others are doing is legal money laundering of charitable money into electioneering. Being against gun violence is "educational" and "charitable" work.

Bloomberg is a scumbag but he is without a doubt the most accomplished genius in structuring and use of political funding. There is even a very interesting theory that his "candidacy " for president is just a mechanism to generally give to Democrats at much much lower cost to him, and not a genuine candidacy.

    a) His "primary" campaign "advertisements" -- now at $100 million in one single month in pure anti -turmp ads -- allow him to run 100% anti-Trump advertisements, ie of long term benefit to any and every Democrat primary candidate, at lower primary advertising rates, and with less FEC scrutiny since instead of contributions to the DNC presidential effort (which is what in fact they function as) they can be claimed to be primary campaign costs.

    Seriously look at this: https://twitter.com/KDbyProxy/status/1196155022259740673?s=20

In fact he is organizing "events for "his primary campaign" that include having on the stage and therefore helping Democrat legislature candidates. those are effectively spends in support of state and US congress candidates he likes -- while claiming the expense is for "his campaign" not theirs -- and not going to the FEC reporting as a donation

    b) He is also not allowing his news outlets to investigate or write negatively about his primary "opponents" because he is supposedly "in the race," while he is allowing them to investigate Trump. So that is his candidacy -- and his money and assets benefit ALL Democrat hopefuls while freely attacking Trump, which is effectively a contribution of another 100 million in media value to Democrat candidates without it even being a contribution from a legal standpoint.

Bezos can do the same thing in four years. 1) Announce he is going to run in the primaries; 2) forbid the Washington Post which he owns from investigating or negatively reporting on his Democrat supposed "opponents" while allowing Washington Post to eviscerate the Republican candidate. an in kind donation of free media to the DNC worth tens or hundred of millions of dollars yet not included in FEC filings; 3) get around media pricing rules differentiating cheaper primary advertising vs more expensive general election advertising; 4) get around other FEC rules.

Bloomberg has already deeply changed the game by taking a partisan issue of gun ocntrol and funding it mostly with charitable monies, and younger leftist millionaires are already also joining him.

On the one hand, conservative or rural folks have more kids than big city liberals, some of the craziest of whom get vasectomies to fight climate change.

Political thoughts are not genetic. Both my parents are very Christian Nationalistic people, I’m an agnostic free trader. Just cause someone was born to a certain type of person does not mean those thoughts are going to carry through to the offspring.

We need to do a much better job at getting out the message of why individual liberty, small government, and self-defense rights are absolutely important for a successful life. We are never going to outbreed progressivism and this message is never going to get out there with Trump on the right and Biden on the left. Right now, its big government gun grabber vs big government gun grabber so it is no wonder that people are growing more progressive. There hasn’t been a true small government party in decades to get the message out.

that's exactly what folks said about Virginia democrats, now look.

There's a difference, Virginia is being taken over by Northern Virginia, which is a "company town", where the company is the Federal government, and a lot of the people moving to NOVA are escaping MoCo, PG County, and other parts or Maryland.
So what do they do when they leave someplace because it's wretched?
They inflict the wretchedness on the new location.

Actually I think his presidential campaign will take care of that. I think that we are seeing peak Bloomberg. He is much better as a wizard behind the curtain. Once people see what a little man he is, I think his groups influence wanes. If he manages to say some controversial things, which I think he might, it will reflect poorly on his activists. His activists themselves might lose interest.

He came out publicly and said it's GOOD to have sin taxes for poor people so they don't waste their money, and richer, allegedly smarter people can take care of them.

Of course, he's wrong. They spend their money anyway, for good or bad.

But having him openly be a Nazi is a good thing.

KY has a Republican Senate and House. Bill will go no where. However, those that took Bloomturd money MUST show they submitted legislation.

    Our rights, our responsibility.

Can't depend on the NRA to stop this shxt. Looks like it's going to be up to US....

It has always been up to us. WE are the NRA.

No entity has power unless they can and do speak for thousands of ACTIVE members who are willing to get out and work to preserve their rights.

Far too many gun owners find it far too easy to complain and when asked to donate they find excuses why they don't. When asked to give of their time they are just "too busy" and don't have the time.

If you want to see the face of the person responsible for preserving your rights, look in a mirror.

I'm sure that I will draw some heat on this, so I will end with a quote from H. L. Menchen:

"The men the American people admire most extravagantly are the most daring liars; the men they detest most violently are those who try to tell them the truth."

I know Soros has a kid who's just as bad or worse than his old man. Did Tiny Mikey ever reproduce?

One thing that promotes this liberal "behavior" is our public schools have been "high-jacked" by the liberal/democratic party. For the last 30+ years, our children have been brainwashed with anti-firearm, anti-2A ideals, by liberal teachers.

If we want to make a dent in this cancer I call liberalism and anti-gun behavior, we need to place teachers with a strong conservative/republican ideology in our public schools

Otherwise, we'll always be fighting an uphill battle ...

Kentucky is Republican controlled Sounds more like political stunting than having any real chance of passing. Virginia is now facing a revolt of sorts in the counties being declared 2A sanctuary areas. The very term democrats use to protect illegals. Saw article today one Virginia sheriff has gone on record stating he will depututise as many citizens he feels are needed to enforce it.
