    Can we get a section in the "Maryland Regional Discussions" That encompasses all regions of Maryland. Dedicated to subjects and issues that do not warrant being secluded in the Water Cooler. I feel this would substantially cut down on the "Dupe" threads.
    EXAMPLE:
    Thread Titled "Maryland Ordered to Draw Congressional District Map for 2020" does not fall under Maryland 2A issues, yet is not sensitive enough for the WC.
