    Has anyone been denied this? If so, what were the reasons? Just wondering what the odds of me getting it are.

    You mean the Designated Collector letter that allows you to purchase more than 1 regulated handgun a month? 100% odds if you're legal to purchase a regulated firearm.

    Considering in the past few years they have required that you have purchased a regulated firearm before they will approve the application, it is pretty much a sure thing.
