Is that a second barrel on under the main one? Just get a Sig Scorpion. basically the same thing.

No it’s the section for their proprietary flashlight.

I got magpul BUIS coming and a Sig Romeo on the way. Yup nothing like dropping $450 on something you know you’re gonna put 5 rounds through lol

Look at you with all those fancy tools. I did mine with a nail file, a chisel, and some polishing compound. Functions flawlessly, 90% of the time all the time.

    90% ain't enough eh? lol

I cheaped out on the iphone pics but literally just fixed that five minutes ago. I need to sand smooth a few edges but I'm happy with it so far. Waiting for mag rebuild kits to get her so I can finish function testing. :D

Ah, the V1.5. I hated the way it felt when shooting the 17 I built on that frame. After some work with the files, Dremel, sand papers, epoxy resin, and silicon carbide, it was much improved.
If you attempt this, be very careful as the material is not very thick in some areas.
It is easy to grip and comfortable now when firing.

Feeling the difference between the 1.5 and 2, I LOVE the way the 2 feels. Maybe some modding will happen with one of these 1.5s hmmm...

I did the same thing to my V1 poly 80. Best thing about that grip is the magwell flare. I ground off all the texturing and added "talon grip" like stuff. You can buy sheets of it on Ebay and customize it to your needs. I think it was like $10 for 4 6"x6" sheets.

The missus saw a stack of three boxes on my desk, from across the room. She says, “What’s a polymerbo?” We laughed and laughed.
