Is the Md. General Assembly "better than an uninformed three year old"? I hope so. The short testimony given by the lady that just spoke was great. This bill amounts to "childish nonsense".

consider talking about the next generation that will not get anything handed down to them and will not be able to buy.
This bill has negative effects for generations to come. Kill the bill " for the children" (see what I did there?)
