I find out today, the reason why it did not approve last time. The 9mm luger did not chamber properly, so they could not test fire. Hopefully, this time it working . Finger crossI see the MP40p 9mm resubmit again . Hopefully, will see it on the next roster update

I see it was on the agenda for the 8/31 meeting, so in another 2-4 weeks, the meeting results should be published?
I believe it will be published on 9/15 MD register and if approved, we will see on handgun roster on 10/15

ATI MP40p did not make it this time either, not listed on the 9/15 MD Register notes.
