    I want to share with yall a very positive experience I had with the TenPoint/Wicked Ridge crossbow company.

    About a month ago I was crossbow hunting and noticed the left limbs on my Wicked Ridge Warrior were starting to show some very minor cracking right down the middle line. Clearly even a little cracking is bad cracking when it comes to bows of any sort. Since the crossbow is about 3 years old, I expected to pay for the necessary repairs. I contacted TP/WR to see if I could send it in. Well the company really went above and beyond. They promptly sent me a shipping label, replaced the limbs plus string and had it shipped back to me in under a week and a half, all at no charge. That's a heck of a turnaround especially over Thanksgiving week.

    They definitely have me sold as a future customer. Not to mention my entry-level Warrior is a tack driver!

    Seems as if customer service has improved. I know someone who had a dissimilar experience about 3-4 years ago having to pay labor for repairs. Its good to see companies stand behind products especially with that fast a turn around.
