Oh HOA's , priceless. This community would vote Bernie Sanders at a 75% rate, I have no doubt. Check the notes on the community board;

Cameras on each block are expensive however the cost of our children is greater. One or two cameras at each end of a block would be enough. Safety at all costs

kids, like pets, can be microchipped--sounds extreme, but it's the only way to counter a snatch and grab situation.

Remember when you are in bear country that you only need a .380 and a friend. If confronted by a bear, pop the friend in the kneecap with the .380 and stroll on out of there.....

Breaking news. MoCo seeks to address growing bear problem by banning fur coats. There's a follow-up proposal that bans bear violence to prevent attacks. MoCo figures the same idea worked great in Baltimore with FSA2013.
