are chances good here? SD and Montana have been sad disappointments.

The reason these things fail is because there is not much 'suffering'. If you want to carry, you go to your class, get the permit and receive reciprocity with all the surrounding states. The constitutional carry legislation is felt to be something pushed for by out of state interests and there is nothing that gets a rural legislators hackles up like outside interference.

Passed full Senate 34-13. On to the Governor, who still hasn't commented that I'm aware of. In any event, they easily have the votes for an override.
