Not a bad deal if they don't kill you on the shipping.

I really like the PMC bronze. It's nice stuff.

Is PMC one of those companies that acquires ammo from different countries? I seem to remember buying some a few years back made in South Africa???? It was good clean stuff.

shipping is roughly 20.00 depending on where you live, thats what i paid

I live in Bel Air and they want 29.50 shipping so Palmetto at 299 per thousand and 12 dollars shipping is still cheaper.

Thanks for posting another source though... good to know when Palmetto is out...

btw... PMC is Korean and very clean excellent ammo

+1 on Palmetto... I like it cuz they have a decent selection at good prices to mix-and-match with. Usually order a decent amount of Range ammo (either m193 or PMC Bronze) and throw in a sleeve of Prvi HP's per order. $12 shipping per 1000 is also about as cheap as i've found anywhere.

I've shot 100's of each of those two. I've found them to be about equal accuracy-wise, but the 55 gr was hitting 2" -3" or so below the 62 gr at 200yds for same point of aim. You can't go wrong with either one.

They are different rounds for different calibers (barely) w/different uses.

If you wanted a higher velocity 5.56 target round, then get the m193. Palmetto has about 3-4 different kinds for right around $6/box.

I dont think you'll notice that much of a difference between the 223 vs the 5.56 in shorter range target practice, but you can always get a few boxes of each and run your own tests. Thats the good thing about Palmetto State. You can mix-and-match up to 1000 rounds for the same $12 shipping.
