If you are looking for closer to Purell consistency, you need caprylyl glycol and glycerin.

with all due respect, yes oil and vinegar requires you to shake the bottle right? I can't be requiring any shaking before spraying so how it mixes is very important.
I did try my foaming soap dispenser with the mixture and it spews out the perfect amount each time and so far is not clogging.

Not as hand sanitizer.Oil and vinegar don't mix either and people have being using it for thousands of years.
